Sound healing journey at Hjärtat

Welcome to a 90 minute healing moment in relaxation to the vibrations of sounds. We will use meditation and different instruments to calm down the system and heal the body and mind.

You will be lying down comfortably under a blanket, resting and enjoying the guidance of tones from instruments such as gong and crystal bowls. This will help you to release stress and tensions in your body.

The session will start with a preparing meditation and continue in sounds that vary between soft and strong tones which will stimulate your inner calming system. This will help you to enter a state of being where you will have the opportunity to relax, release, heal and clear your mind from any imbalances you might be carrying.

After the class, you will have the chance to enjoy some tea and social hangout.

Naofal is your sound healer and yoga teacher who will compose a nice sound flow and create a space for you to empower yourself and your wellbeing.
