Explore the dynamic interplay between music and movement led by Leah's live DJ performance and Naofal's gentle guidance in a Vinyasa inspired class.

The class will begin with a brief breathwork to heighten your awareness and then be drawn in by the live DJ performance as you flow through the postures and breathing exercises of the Vinyasa flow.

You will be immersed in a holistic experience as music is a powerful tool that helps meditation and movement without the need of intellect by bringing the brain into harmony.

Yoga mats will be provided and after the practice you'll be treated to a refreshing post-workout smoothie and goodie bag featuring high quality products from know brands.

The class is suited for both beginners and advanced practitioners.

Leah Pam

Enjoy the transformational power of Leah's fusion of yoga and music as she guides you on a path of self-discovery. Leah is a passionate yogini who has traveled extensively to advance her practice from a young age. Her background in yoga, massage, Qigong, gong meditation and spa therapy brings her a unique perspective on how to merge her passions for music and movement.

Naofal Ouazzani

Appreciated for his warm personality and inspiring yoga, Naofal’s is passionate about people and loves to share his knowledge and experience in his classes, workshops and retreats. With his skills in Yinyoga, Vinyasa, Qigong, Ashtanga and Rocket vinyasa he invites you to uplifting and challenging yoga sessions for the beginner and the experienced yogi.
