Yinyoga and sound healing

Welcome to a pleasent way to start your day, a 90 minute healing moment with yinyoga and sound at cozy e2 Elements in the heart of Vasastan. We will combine the soft treatment of yinyoga and transform into shapes where we will lie down and enjoy beautiful instruments. Perfect way to calm down the body and mind.

We will start with some soft yinyoga poses, a yoga practice where we pick a few positions and stay a little longer in them. After half of the time we will lie down comfortably under a blanket, resting and enjoying the guidance of tones from instruments such as gong and crystal bowls. This will help you to release stress and tensions in your body.

This session is for you who seeks an opportunity to relax, release, heal and clear your mind from any imbalances you might be carrying.

Naofal is your sound healer and yoga teacher who will guide in a soft yoga practice and compose a nice sound flow to empower yourself and your wellbeing.
