Cacao and sound healing

Welcome to an evening to really relax and reset your inner system, an evening where you will enjoy two warm-hearted and generous healers that like to create a space for you to feel good.

This evening will include a short movement to release tensions, then enjoy a heart opening cacao ceremony and will end in a sound healing session with instruments like gong, crystal bowls, flutes, handpan and more.

Perfect way to prepare for a nights sleep with quality.

Johan is a yoga teacher and trainer that has a passion to contribute to people with his creativity and playfulness in a way where he leaves you smiling and filled with insights that you are more capable than you thought is possible.

Naofal is a sound healer and yoga teacher that will compose a nice sound flow and create a space for you to empower yourself and your wellbeing.

Together we will facilitate a ceremony in a safe and heart-filling way.
