From high perfonance to inner alignment

My journey

For nearly 30 years, my life was built on giving. I led high-performing teams in the global tech and security world — managing complex projects, leading people and delivering results where pressure was a constant companion.

At the same time, I gave in another way: by teaching yoga classes week after week. Creating space for others to breathe, move and reconnect. And truthfully, I loved it. But somewhere along the way, I noticed a quiet signal inside — a subtle call for balance.

A realization that while giving is beautiful, it must be balanced with receiving, resting and listening inward. I didn’t wait for a breakdown, burnout or diagnosis to force a change. I chose to listen before life made the decision for me.

The shift

Choosing a different path wasn’t about abandoning my ambition or passion. It was about redirecting it — toward a way of living and working that supports my wellbeing, honors my inner rhythm and allows me to serve from a fuller place.

My journey led me to deepen my knowledge in coaching, yoga, breathwork, personal development and conscious leadership.

I combined ancient practices and modern science to not only heal and balance myself — but to build a life that feels aligned, expansive and meaningful.

My work today

Today, I guide individuals who feel the same quiet pull — the desire for clarity, calm and a life that feels deeply their own.

Through 1:1 coaching, courses, retreats and simple everyday practices, I help others:
• Reconnect with their inner compass
• Manage stress and navigate change
• Balance giving with receiving
• Step into a life of greater authenticity and purpose

My approach blends deep listening, practical tools and embodied wisdom from the vibe of yoga.

It’s not about fixing you. It’s about helping you hear yourself and create change from a place of strength, not struggle.
